I have proven knowledge in the fields of marketing, research and education. I am a Ph.D. graduate in Business Administration and hold a second master's in Research and Teacher Education for Business & Economics from the Bucharest University of Economic Studies (ASE).

 

My cross-cultural communication and managerial skills have been developed through participation in numerous business events and international research conferences which have also endowed me with networking capabilities. My international academic contacts have provided me with opportunities for partnerships on research projects in Sweden and Belgium.

 

Additionally, I have the ability to integrate superior organization and communication skills, allowing me to excel in both independent and team-oriented environments and effectively lead teams.
